"We worked with Julie for both the sale of our old home and the buying process of our new home. She was very responsive and supportive throughout both processes. The first time we met with Julie to discuss selling our home, she came well prepared with local comps and an estimate of what we could sell ours for. She helped us with the staging of our home to make it as desirable as possible and hired a professional photographer. We received multiple offers and she spent the time to look through them all to ensure we had the most solid, dedicated buyers. The rest of the home buying process went very smoothly.
